The Jury of the EIUC Photography Competition “Visualising Democracy and Human Rights” is pleased to announce selected the winner of the 2007 edition dedicated to the theme “Images of Social Inclusion”:

 - First prize winner   Christian Vium, with a picture titled “Clandestine” shot in north-western Mali.

The Jury also decided to award two special mentions to the following pictures:

- Special mention   Amy Brathwaite, with the picture “Blurry Dhaka” shot in Dhaka, Bangladesh;

and

- Special mention   Kingshuk Chakravarty, with the picture “Maker of the World” shot in Kolkata, India; (and attach photo)

The jury decided not to award any of the picture stories submitted.
