  4. I am the only copyright holder or have been authorized by the copyright holder for the material I submit.
  5. I authorise The European Inter-University Center for Human Rights and Democratisation to handle my personal data in compliance with Italian Law. Furthermore, I authorize EIUC to publish the pictures I upload on the www.visualizingdemocracy.org website which I guarantee are 100% owned and created by me and do not infringe copyright laws in any way.
  6. I understand that EIUC reserves the right to dispose of all the material received as entries for this photo competition and agree to give my images free of rights for the purpose of promoting the activities of EIUC in all media worldwide. I give EIUC permission for unlimited use of the material for activities under auspices of EIUC without any remuneration being due.
  7. I agree that EIUC has the right to reproduce, distribute and exhibit the winning entries in conjunction with its activities worldwide and in perpetuity.
