EIUC reserves the right to dispose of all the material received as entries for this photo competition. The participants agree to give their images free of rights for the purpose of promoting the activities of EIUC in all media worldwide. The participants give EIUC permission for unlimited use of the material for activities under auspices of EIUC without any remuneration being due.

EIUC reserves the right to cancel the competition if insufficient high quality entries are received.

EIUC has the right to reproduce, distribute and exhibit the winning entries in conjunction with its activities worldwide and in perpetuity.
